How it works
You can enter any of our competitions for free by post. A free entry has the exact same chance of winning as a paid entry.
Required format
On a plain postcard, or a piece of paper inside a sealed envelope, write clearly:
- Your full name
- Your full UK postal address
- Your date of birth (you must be 18+)
- Your email address
- The competition reference (the slug shown on each competition page)
- Your answer to the skill question for that competition

Rules
- One entry per envelope. Multiple entries in one envelope will count as one.
- Your entry must arrive before the draw closing time shown on the competition page.
- UK residents aged 18 or over only.
- We do not return entries. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
Every valid postal entry is logged when it arrives and allocated a random ticket number in the same pool as paid entries, at no cost, before the draw closes. It has an identical chance of winning the draw and is eligible for any instant-win prizes on its number.
