Great prizes. Your next adventure.

Good questions. Clear answers.

How do I enter?

Choose an open competition, check its prize and entry details, then choose your tickets. A free account is required. The current checkout reserves your entry and shows payment instructions; the entry is confirmed only when marked paid. No question or answer is required.

Can I enter without paying?

Yes. Create a free account and follow the Free Entry page's postcard instructions and deadline. Normal postage costs apply. Postal entries go into the same draw as paid ones. If every online ticket has sold before your entry is logged, it gets an extra main-draw number, which can't win an instant prize.

How is the winner chosen?

Within 24 hours of a competition closing, we draw the winner at random by computer, using a random number generator, from every confirmed ticket, paid and postal. Whether your numbers were a lucky dip or picked by you makes no difference to your chance. It's a prize draw, not a game of skill.

When are winners announced, and how long do I have to claim?

The result appears on our Results page as soon as it's drawn, and we email the winner within 2 working days. You have 28 days to claim it in My Account › My Wins. If we can't reach you after three attempts in that time, the prize goes to another entrant drawn at random.

How do instant wins work?

Prizes are assigned to ticket numbers before the competition opens. Your numbers are randomly allocated. A confirmed ticket matching a prize number wins that prize. Any instant prize whose number hasn't sold by the close is drawn from all tickets at the main draw. Unpaid reservations cannot win or reveal their instant numbers.

Does the reveal animation change my result?

No. A reveal animation shows a result that has already been determined from your confirmed tickets. It cannot change your numbers, create another draw or alter your prize. You can skip the animation.

Can I take cash instead of the prize?

Only where that prize lists a cash alternative. When you claim it in My Account › My Wins, you choose the prize, the cash (paid by bank transfer) or the same amount as site credit, not more than one. A cash prize can be taken as site credit too. Site credit can't be changed back to cash.

Does site credit expire?

No. Site credit has no expiry date and no time limit: it stays in your account and you can use it at any time towards future entries. It can't be withdrawn as cash.

How do holiday and travel prizes work?

Holiday and travel prizes take place within six months of the competition closing. For UK holidays and breaks, the competition page names the month, and we agree the exact dates with you based on availability. For holidays abroad, it names the departure airport, travel provider, hotel, destination and month of travel, and we offer you the dates available in that month. What's included, and what isn't, is on the competition page before you enter.

Do voucher prizes expire?

Every voucher or gift card prize is valid for at least 12 months from when we send it. Any terms or restrictions are on the competition page before you enter.

How do bundle prices work?

A bundle is a fixed number of tickets for a fixed total. Select that exact quantity to receive its advertised price. Other quantities use the single-ticket price. Apply a discount code at checkout to review the adjusted total before submitting.

Where are my tickets and winnings?

Log in to My Account. My Tickets shows your confirmed tickets and pending entries. My Wins lists your prizes, from main draws and instant wins: it's where you choose how to take each one and see when it's been sent. A pending payment is not a winning entry.

What does coming soon mean?

Those cards are illustrative previews, not open competitions or confirmed prizes. They have no ticket price or entry checkout. Final details will be published before entries open.

What if I need a refund or have a prize problem?

See Returns & Refunds and contact us with your order and competition reference. We investigate errors, cancelled competitions and prize problems while preserving your statutory rights.

Do I have to receive marketing?

No. Marketing is optional and does not affect entry eligibility. You can change your consent in your account. Service messages about your account, entry or prize are separate.
